Youtube Video link Hi Friends, I am here with you sharing my new seasonal recipe of Hara Chana salad. Very easy and healthy recipe. Liked by my kid and in this recipe i have used fresh green gram, you get sweet taste of raw fresh chana. It’s 5 mins recipe with easy available ingredients. Lets see the ingredients first and then step by step recipe - Ingredients - 1. Hara chana - 1 Cup 2. Chopped onion - 1 medium size 3. Chopped tomato - 1 medium size 4. chopped coriander powder - 1 spoon 5. Lemon juice - 1   6. Chopped green chilli - 1   7. Salt - as per taste 8. chaat masala - 1 Tsp 9. Pepper powder - 1 Tsp Recipe - 1. Put green gram and chopped vegetables except chilli in a bog bowl 2. Add lemon juice 3. Add salt and chaat masala 4. Combine well 5. Take out a portion of salad fro kid 6. Now add chopped green chilli and pepper powder and mix well 7. Salad is ready to serve. Serve it immediately.  Catla Fish Fry Youtube Link Hello, It's been while sharing my recipes with food world, i was away due to some personal reasons. Now i am back with easy yet delicious recipe of Fish fry. It is 5 mins recipe with minimal basic ingredients. I am using Catla fish and Peti/stomach side pieces =, you can use any fish like Rohu, Basa etc in whole or in pieces as well. Take fresh fish piece for best taste. Ingredients 1. Catla Fish - 250 Grams 2. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 Tsp 3. Turmeric powder - 1/4th Tsp 4. Red chili powder - A dash 5. Black pepper powder - A pinch 6. Roasted jeera powder - A pinch 7. Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon 8. Mustard oil - To shallow fry 9. Salt - As per taste Recipe - 1. Take a bowl 2. All masala and lemon juice and a dash of water and combine well 3. Coat fish in masala and keep aside for 2-3 mins 4. Heat a pan on medium flame and add mustard oil for shallow fry 5.
