Youtube Video link Hello guys, i am here to share a very healthy and easy yet yummy recipe of one kind of paratha. It is Bathua paratha. Please check and try the recipe. Ingredients - Bathua/Mountain spinach leaves - 1 Bunch Wheat flour - 1 Cup Chaat masala - 1 Tsp Roasted Jeera powder - 1/2 Tsp Roasted red chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp Ghee - 4 Tbsp Salt - As per taste Recipe -   Heat a sauce pan and add 250 ml of water Add 1 bunch of washed bathua leaves Boil for 1-2 mins till leaves get tender Take out leaves in bowl with cold ice water Cool the leaves completely strain then using strainer Add these leaves in mixer jar and grind to thick paste without water Empty the jar and add little water and keep this water aside Now take 1 cup wheat flour in a bowl add salt Add 1 tsp chaat masala Add 1 tsp roasted jeera-red chilli powder add 2 tbsp ghee or vegetable oil Add bath leaves puree and knead the flour in soft dough If required add water which we have gotten from cleaning the jar Rest th...

Youtube Video Link Ingredients -  1. Grated broccoli - 1 Cup 2. Chopped green chilli - 1 Piece 3. Grated ginger - 1 inch 4. Turmeric powder - 1/4th Tsp 5. Pepper powder - 1/8th tsp 6. A Paratha is a flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent, prevalent throughout the areas of India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh where wheat is the traditional staple. Paratha is an amalgamation of the words 'Parat' and 'Atta', which literally means layers of cooked dough. Cauliflower is easily available in the winter season with a new flavor. I have shared Aloo-Tamatar gravy recipe some time back so thought of sharing Poori recipe also. This is a very easy and simple recipe with few ingredients. Let's go-to recipe: Ingredients: 1. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup 2. Ajwain (carom seeds) - 1 Tbs 3. Mangrela (Black jeera) - 1 Tbs 4. Salt - as per taste 5. Oil - 4 Tbs for mixing in the dough 6. Oil- for deep frying Recipe - 1. Take a big bowl and add whole wheat flour and also add ajwain, black jeera, salt and also oil taken separately for dough. 2. Maa ke hath ka Aloo paratha ka kya kahna!! Aloo paratha is a special dish enjoyed through out India specially  western, central and northern regions of India as well as in Pakistan. It  consists of unleavened dough stuffed with a spiced mixture of mashed potato, which is rolled out and cooked on a hot  tawa  with butter or ghee. Crispy outside and soft inside melts in mouth.
