Chawal ki aloo-wali Kachori / Rice flour Kachori with potato Masala Stuffing
Its long time, that i haven't posted any of my food blogs.
I was getting notification from my FB account to publish Food blog as my followers have not heard since long and i was also longing to blog, so today i am restarting.
Before starting, i want to thank my followers for showing believe in me.
The today's recipe is my home special and all my family members like and enjoys it very well which is i am gonna share with you.
Now let's move to the recipe:
Ingredients:
For Potato masala-
Boiled and mashed Potato - 3 large
Roasted cumin powder - 1 TBS
Roasted red chilli powder - 1/2 TBS
Masturd oil - 1TBS
Salt - As per taste
Grated Ginger - 1 TBS
Green Chilli chopped - 1/2 TBS
Coriander chopped - 2 TBS
Rice Flour - 5 cups
Salt - As per taste
Warm Water - As Required
Refined Oil - For deep fry
Recipe -
For stuffing -
1. Heat a pan and put mustard oil and then put chopped ginger and green chilli in it. Once it starts spluttering then add mashed potato.
2. Now add salt, cumin powder and chilli powder and mix and roast the mixture for 2-3 mins.
3. Off the flame and now add chopped coriander and mix well. Stuffing is ready now.
Rice flour preparation.
1. Take rice flour in a big bowl and add salt.
2. Add 3 TBS of oil in it and mix well.
3. Now add little warm water and start kneading the flour. Add water in small portion and knead, till it is ready.
1. Now, make small balls out of kneaded flour and make it like Katori for stuffing.
2. Take small portion or potato masala and stuff in the rice flour Katori and close it properly.
3. Heat the oil in frying pan and once oil is sufficiently hot, put stuffed kachori and fry till golden brown on medium flame.
Chawal ki aloo wali kachori is ready. It can be served with various chutneys or black chana curry which we call Ghughani.
