Kachori, crispy outside, and soft inside melt in the mouth. It is served with a variety of chutneys,  curd, pickle or curries like Aloo-Matar.

It tastes best with a cup of cool Kheer or Seviyaan.

For Frying -

2. And add rolled Kachori in hot oil. try frying on one side and it will puff and get a nice golden color. Turn the side once it turns golden. Fry it till it turns nice golden from both sides. Now take it out. Similarly, fry all the Kachori.

It's ready to have with any Curry or Raita, Chutney, etc.
