4. Roasted Red chilli powder - 1/2 TBS
5. Chaat masala - 1 TBS
6. Salt - According to taste
7. Turmeric - 1 TBS
8.  Sunflower oil - 2 Spoon for kneading the atta + Oil for slow frying Paranthe
9. water - As Required

Recipe:

1. Take a big Bowl, add flour, chopped methi leaves, all masala's.
2. Now add two spoon oil and mix it well with hand.
3. Now add a small quantity of water and try to knead. Follow the same process of adding water and kneading until it gets a good texture dough. It should not be very hard or soft. Leaves the dough for ten minutes with wet muslin cover (any cloth).
4. After ten minutes knead the flour for 1-2 minutes more. and then divide into small balls.
5. Heat the Pan and start rolling the dough balls in Paranthe, you can give any shape like a triangle, square or round.  If you are making for the kid you can use a cutter for giving any shape like star etc.
6. Now place it on the pan and as soon as it is done from one side turn it to other side and once it is done, put oil/ghee on one side and turn it to other side and roasted it with a spatula and similarly do for other side. Once it turns to golden brown colour on both side you can take it off from pan.

You can serve with pickle, chutney or any curry. Till I am back with a new recipe, enjoy hot and crispy yummy methi Paranthe in this chilling winter.

Bye bye yummy mummies :)
