Hello, It's been while sharing my recipes with food world, i was away due to some personal reasons. Now i am back with easy yet delicious recipe of Fish fry. It is 5 mins recipe with minimal basic ingredients. I am using Catla fish and Peti/stomach side pieces =, you can use any fish like Rohu, Basa etc in whole or in pieces as well. Take fresh fish piece for best taste.
Ingredients 1. Catla Fish - 250 Grams 2. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 Tsp 3. Turmeric powder - 1/4th Tsp 4. Red chili powder - A dash 5. Black pepper powder - A pinch 6. Roasted jeera powder - A pinch 7. Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon 8. Mustard oil - To shallow fry 9. Salt - As per taste Recipe - 1. Take a bowl 2. All masala and lemon juice and a dash of water and combine well 3. Coat fish in masala and keep aside for 2-3 mins 4. Heat a pan on medium flame and add mustard oil for shallow fry 5. Place fish pieces and fry on med-low flame for 2-3 mins 6. Flip to other side and fry on both side for slight brown stage 7. Take out the fish and fry remaining fish pieces 8. Garnish and serve with green chutney.
