Bathua Raita | Bathua Ka Raita

Youtube Video link I am sharing a very heathy and chilled recipe of Bathua Raita It is basically boiled chopped bathua leaves mixed with masala curd. It is very healthy and refreshing Bathua raita is good accompaniment for every meal. Its a very good healthy recipe and also easy to prepare. Ingredients - 1. Bathua leaves - 100 Gm 2. Fresh thick Curd - 1 Cup (It should be chilled) 3. Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp 4. Black salt - 1 Tsp 5. Hing/Asafoetida - 1 Tsp 6. Mustard oil - 1 Tsp 7. Whole Jeera - 1 Pinch 8. Salt - As per taste Recipe - Take a sauce pan Add 1 cup water and boil Add cleaned and washed bathua leaves Cook for two mins Take out leaves in ice water (this is just to maintain lush green colour and stop overcooking of leaves) Post cooling down Squeeze out leave from ice water Chop the leaves very finely and keep aside Take a big bowl Add curd and whisk well for a smooth texture Add black salt, salt and chaat masala Add slitted green chilli Mix well Now add chopped bathua leaves an

I am sharing a very refreshing Masala Strawberry juice. It is basically chopped fruits mixed with few masala’s and chilled water. Lets see the recipe. Ingredients - 1. Chopped strawberry - Half Cup (8-10 Pieces) 2. Chopped pineapple - 2 Tbsp 3. Chopped green chilli - 1 Piece 4. Mint leaves - Few leaves 5. Lemon juice - 2 Pieces 6. Grated ginger - Half Tsp 7. Basil Seeds - 2 Tbsp (Soaked in water) 8. Black salt - 1 Tsp 9. Roasted Jeera powder - 1 Tsp 10. Honey - 4 Tbsp 11. Ice cubes - Few Pieces 12.
