Masala Strawberry Juice

Its summer here and what can be better to quench thirst than a fresh fruit juice. Here i am 
sharing very healthy, refreshing summer drink with little spicy and fresh taste.
I am sharing a very refreshing Masala Strawberry juice.
It is basically chopped fruits mixed with few masala’s and chilled water.
Lets see the recipe. Ingredients - 1. Chopped strawberry - Half Cup (8-10 Pieces) 2. Chopped pineapple - 2 Tbsp 3. Chopped green chilli - 1 Piece 4. Mint leaves - Few leaves 5. Lemon juice - 2 Pieces 6. Grated ginger - Half Tsp
7. Basil Seeds - 2 Tbsp (Soaked in water) 8. Black salt - 1 Tsp 9. Roasted Jeera powder - 1 Tsp 10. Honey - 4 Tbsp 11. Ice cubes - Few Pieces 12. Chilled water - 4 Cups


Recipe -
  1. Take a big glass/container
  2. Add half tsp grated ginger
  3. Add one chopped green chilli
  4. Add half cup chopped strawberry
  5. Add two tbsp chopped pineapple
  6. Add two lemon juice
  7. Slightly crush with help of muddler
  8. Add few mint leaves
  9. Add one tsp black salt
  10. Slightly crush with muddler
  11. Add 4 cups of chilled water and combine well
  12. Take two serving glass
  13. Add one tbsp soaked basil seeds in each glass
  14. Add few ice cubes in each glass
  15. Add two tbsp of honey in each glass
  16. Add two cups of prepared juice in each glass
  17. Mix well to combine honey in the juice
  18. Sprinkle honey on top of juice
  19. Garnish with orange slices. You can use strawberry or lemon slices also.
  20. Very healthy and refreshing juice is ready to quench your thirst. Its a very good healthy summer drink and also easy to prepare.
