Youtube Video link Hello, I am sharing winter Sankranthi special recipe of til Patti. This one i have made many times this winter and specially on occasion of Makar Sankranti. We had throughly enjoyed this til Patti and so I am here with its recipe. Ingredients -  Black Til/Sesame seeds - 100gm White Til/Sesame seeds - 100gm Jaggery - 200 Gm Khandsari/Normal sugar - 200 Gm (Instead of Jaggery) Note   - Ratio of Til:Jaggery or Sugar = 1:1 Patti is made with sugar and jaggery both in video. You can use   either of them. normal refined or unprocessed/khandsari sugar   can be used here Recipe - Take a heavy bottom pan/kadhai Heat on low flame Add 100gm of white sesame seeds Dry roast for 1-3 mins till it starts popping and turning aromatic Take out on plate and cool it completely Likewise roast black sesame seeds as well Take two butter paper and grease with oil/ghee Using Sugar -  Now heat a pan on low flame Add 100 gm of khandsari sugar or normal sugar Melt it completely and till it is g

YouTube Video Link Hello, I am sharing completely healthy recipe of Dry Fruit Milkshake. My little champ has helped me in preparing this milkshake and he enjoyed it a lot which you will see in the video. Ingredients -  Milk - 200 Ml Almond - 10-12 Pieces Cashew - 10-12 Pieces Dates - 5-7 Pieces Pista - 10-12 Pieces Kismis/Raisins - 15-20 Pieces Anjeer/Fig - 4 Pieces cardamom powder - 1 Pinch Sliced almond - 2 Pieces Sliced cashew - 2 Pieces Sliced Pista - 2 Pieces Ice cubes - As per requirement Recipe - Take Mixer/Juice jar Add all dry fruits and cardamom powder Add chilled milk and few ice cubes Grind for 2-3 mins till dates get paste completely Check the consistency and can add more milk Pour in serving glass garnish with sliced almond, cashew and pista And enjoy chilled Lets see some key Points in preparation -     This is no sugar no honey milkshake Sweetness is from dates and raisins Either you can use dry fruits without soaking or soaked for 2-3 hours.   Soaked dry fruits are eas

Hello, I am sharing   easy-peasy healthy recipe of Bathua saag.   Ingredients -  1. Bathua saag - 1 Bunch 2. Green chilli - 1 Piece 3. Mustard oil - 1 Tbsp 4. Salt - As per taste Optional ingredients -   1. Grated garlic - 1/2 Tsp 2. Grated ginger - 1/2 Tsp Note - I have not used optional ingredients. You can add these ingredients along with green chilli Recipe -   Heat a pan/kadhai on low flame Add some mustard oil Add chopped green chilli and optional ingredients And saute for 1 min Add cleaned, washed and chopped bathua leaves Turn to all sides Add salt as per taste and mix well Now cover and let leaves to release water (Remember whole cooking will be done on low flame) If water is not released then add a dash of water and cook Turn to all side to avoid sticking to bottom Mix well and mash once it is almost cooked On cooking its volume will reduce and on mashing it will look like chutney/paste Once it is done and switch off the flame and serve with steamed rice or phulka or millet r
