6. make a slurry of chings masala and add to the sauteed vegetables.
7. Add little water and mix well, once done add balls and fry for two minutes.

It is ready to serve. You can enjoy this like a starter.

For enjoying with roti or fried rice make little more gravy with adding a slurry of cornflour and more water. Give a boil to the gravy and then add balls and let it boil for two minutes and then you can serve it with any roti like naan, tandoori roti, with noodles and fried rice.

Now the final twist to the recipe -
1. You can replace cabbage with grated Lauki. Follow the recipe.
2. You can also use crumbled paneer and grated cabbage in the ratio of 0.75:0.25. Here, you need to dip the balls when you are going to have it. If you will put and boil then it will break in the gravy. While frying also, does not overburden the oil and gently fry them.
3. You can use grated cauliflower in place of grated cabbage.

Enjoy the variation of veg ball Manchurian with your loved ones...Till then Bye..will be back in a while.

Bye bye, yummy mummies!!!
