Youtube Video Link Hello, I am sharing yummy creamy recipe of Chicken Malai Tikka Its chicken starter recipe. It is tandoori style tikka recipe has sweet and creamy taste. It is enjoyed by small kids as well due to its non spicy flavour and creamy texture. Ingredients - 1. Boneless Chicken breast pieces - 250 Gm 2. Hung Curd - 1/2 Cup 3. Fresh Cream - 5 Tbsp 4. Processed cheese - 1 Cube 5. Ginger-garlic-chilli paste - 1 tsp 6. Chaat masala - 1 Tsp 7. Lemon juice - 1 Lemon 8. Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp 9.Roasted jeera powder- 1/4 Tsp 10. Kasuri methi/Dried fenugreek leaves- 1 Tsp 11. Corn flour - 3 Tbsp 12. Butter - 2 Tbsp 13. Sunflower oil - 2 Tbsp 14. Salt - As per taste Recipe - 1. Take cleaned tender boneless chicken pieces in a bowl 2. Add salt 3. Add 1/4th tsp pepper powder 4. Add 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-chilli powder 5. Add half lemon juice 6. Coat well and keep it to marinate for 30 mins 7. Now take a big bowl 8. Add 1/2 cup hung curd 9. Add 4 tbsp fresh cream 10. Add 1 cube

Youtube Video link Hello, I am sharing beat the heat recipe of stuffed mango kulfi. Its kind of kulfi using mango. Its one of trending kulfi version enjoyed with mango flavour. Its has both crunchiness of ripe and frozen mango outer layer and soft chilled kulfi in mid. Very yummillicious enjoyed in the summer. It is very much enjoyed by my little tiny tot. He is great fan Icecreams and Kulfis, in-fact all kids are. So why don't try something with mango. Ingredients -  1. Alphonso Mango - 4 Pieces (Fibreless Mango) 2. Full cream milk - 1 Litre 3. Tried and tested since old times so lets see the recipe.  Ingredients - 1. 1. Milk - 2 Cup 2. Grated fresh Turmeric - 1 Inch (Can use 1 Tsp turmeric powder also) 3. Cardamom powder - 1 Pinch 4. Even kids like this and eat without any fuss Ingredients - 1. Grated homemade paneer - 1 Cup 2. Wheat flour - 1 Cup 3. Chopped green chilli - 1 4. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 Spoon 5. Chaat masala - 1 Tsp 6. Roasted red chilli-Jeera powder - 1 Tsp 7. Ajwain/carom seeds - 1/2 Tsp 8. Black Jeera/Kalonji - 1/2 Tsp 9. Ghee - 5 Spoons 10.
