Hello, I am sharing restaurant style recipe of Chicken Seekh Kebab. This looks like very tough and complex recipe but I am present you very easy preparation that too on pan so I am here with its recipe.

Ingredients -
- Chicken keema - 200Gm
- Onion - 2 Medium sized
- Garlic - 7-8 Cloves
- Ginger - 1 Inch
- Green chilli - 2-3 Pieces
- Chopped Mint leaves - 2 Tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp
- Black salt - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 2Tbsp
- Jeera powder - 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Salt - To taste
- Ghee - 2Tbsp
- Bamboo skewers - 10 Pieces
Recipe -
- Take a chopper
- Add sliced onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli
- Chop nicely
- Squeeze out all the water from chopped onion mixture using muslin cloth or hand
- Now take 200gm chicken mince/keema
- Add onion mixture
- Add all dry masala and ghee
- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves
- Add salt as per taste
- Mix well
- Make a hole in mid of mixture
- keep a bowl with live coal and put a bit of ghee in top of coal
- Now cover the keema and let it smoke it for 3-4 mins
- After 3-4 mins remove plate and coal and cover again
- Let it rest for 30 mins
- Now take skewer and roll the mixture around skewers
- heat a pan on medium flame
- and now lower the flame and add ghee in pan and melt it
- Put kebab with seekh and roast on low flame
- Roast on all sides and complete roasting will be done on low flame
- Once it is done take out and garnish with lemon juice and chaat masala
