Chicken Seekh Kebab




Hello, I am sharing restaurant style recipe of Chicken Seekh Kebab.  This looks like very tough and complex recipe but I am present you very easy preparation that too on pan so I am here with its recipe.

Ingredients - 
  1. Chicken keema - 200Gm
  2. Onion - 2 Medium sized
  3. Garlic - 7-8 Cloves
  4. Ginger - 1 Inch
  5. Green chilli - 2-3 Pieces
  6. Chopped Mint leaves - 2 Tbsp
  7. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp
  8. Black salt - 1tsp
  9. Coriander powder - 2Tbsp
  10. Jeera powder - 1 Tsp
  11. Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
  12. Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
  13. Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
  14. Black pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp
  15. Salt - To taste
  16. Ghee - 2Tbsp
  17. Bamboo skewers - 10 Pieces

Recipe -

  1. Take a chopper
  2. Add sliced onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli
  3. Chop nicely
  4. Squeeze out all the water from chopped onion mixture using muslin cloth or hand
  5. Now take 200gm chicken mince/keema
  6. Add onion mixture
  7. Add all dry masala and ghee
  8. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves
  9. Add salt as per taste
  10. Mix well
  11. Make a hole in mid of mixture
  12. keep a bowl with live coal and put a bit of ghee in top of coal
  13. Now cover the keema and let it smoke it for 3-4 mins
  14. After 3-4 mins remove plate and coal and cover again
  15. Let it rest for 30 mins
  16. Now take skewer and roll the mixture around skewers
  17. heat a pan on medium flame
  18. and now lower the flame and add ghee in pan and melt it
  19. Put kebab with seekh and roast on low flame
  20. Roast on all sides and complete roasting will be done on low flame
  21. Once it is done take out and garnish with lemon juice and chaat masala
Serve it hot with green chutney and masala onion
