Prawns Fry
I am fan of prawns in general so i keep experimenting with prawns. One of my successful experiment is prawns fry. It is thoroughly enjoyed by my tinytot also. This recipe has become one of the regular dish i make at home. Its absolutely super hit with any non veg lover.
Ingredients -
1. Prawns - 10 in Nos
2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp
3. Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
4. Red chilli flakes - 1 Tsp
5. Pepper powder - 1 Tsp
6. Lemon juice - 1 Lemon
7. Bread crumbs - Half cup
8. Corn flour - 2 Tbsp
9. Maida - 2 Tbsp
10. Sunflower oil to deep fry
11. Salt - As per taste
Recipe -
- Take a big bowl
- Add 10 No cleaned prawns in it
- Add half tsp pepper powder
- Add half tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Add half tsp red chilli powder
- Add one lemon juice
- Add half of salt required
- Combine well and marinate for 10 mins
- Now take a bowl
- Add 2 tbsp maida
- Add 2 tbsp corn flour
- Add half tsp pepper powder
- Add 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Add half tsp red chilli powder
- Add half of salt required
- Add water and make medium thick slurry
- Dip marinated prawns one by one and then coat in bread crumbs nicely
- Refrigerate coated prawns for 10 mins
- Heat a deep pan on medium flame and add sunflower oil to deep fry
- Add prawns one by one and deep fry on medium flame until crisp
- Take out on absorbent paper
- Similarly deep fry all prawns
