Prawns Fry








I am fan of prawns in general so i keep experimenting with prawns. One of my successful experiment is prawns fry. It is thoroughly enjoyed by my tinytot also. This recipe has become one of the regular dish i make at home. Its absolutely super hit with any non veg lover.


Ingredients -
1. Prawns - 10 in Nos
2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp
3. Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
4. Red chilli flakes - 1 Tsp
5. Pepper powder - 1 Tsp
6. Lemon juice - 1 Lemon
7. Bread crumbs - Half cup
8. Corn flour - 2 Tbsp
9. Maida - 2 Tbsp
10. Sunflower oil to deep fry
11. Salt - As per taste

Recipe -
  1. Take a big bowl
  2. Add 10 No cleaned prawns in it
  3. Add half tsp pepper powder
  4. Add half tsp ginger-garlic paste
  5. Add half tsp red chilli powder
  6. Add one lemon juice
  7. Add half of salt required
  8. Combine well and marinate for 10 mins
  9. Now take a bowl
  10. Add 2 tbsp maida
  11. Add 2 tbsp corn flour
  12. Add half tsp pepper powder
  13. Add 1 tsp chilli flakes
  14. Add half tsp red chilli powder
  15. Add half of salt required
  16. Add water and make medium thick slurry
  17. Dip marinated prawns one by one and then coat in bread crumbs nicely
  18. Refrigerate coated prawns for 10 mins
  19. Heat a deep pan on medium flame and add sunflower oil to deep fry
  20. Add prawns one by one and deep fry on medium flame until crisp
  21. Take out on absorbent paper
  22. Similarly deep fry all prawns
  23. Transfer in serving plate and garnish with onions rings and green chilli and serve with chutney or dip Please try this recipe and let me know your feedback in comment section here.
