Jamun Shorts || Indian Blackberry Shorts
Hello, I am sharing mon-son duo recipe Jamun shorts.
It is Indian blackberry juice along with mint.
Best drink to enjoy in the summer season.
Ingredients -1. Jamun pulp - 200 Gm 2. Mint Leaves - 12-15 Leaves 2. Sugar - 2 Tbsp 3. Black salt -1/2 Tsp 4. Lemon juice - 1 Lemon 5. Salt - 1Tbsp 6. Ice Cubes - Few Pieces 6. Chilled water - 100 MLRecipe -
- Take a mixer jar
- Add 200 gm of jamun pulp
- Add 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- Add 2 tbsp of sugar
- Add 1/2 tsp of black salt
- Add few ice cubes
- Add 100 ml of chilled water
- Juice them for 10-15 seconds
- Take two plates
- Add and spread salt on one plate
- Pour 1 lemon juice on another
- Take shorts glass
- Dip the rim of glass in lemon juice and then in salt
- Similarly ready the all shorts glass
- Pour jamun juice
- And served chilled and enjoy with your loved one
Lets see some key Points in preparation -
Key points - 1. Use fresh jamun pulp and mint leaves 2. Can use more ice and skip chilled water 3. Juice jamun not more than 10-15 seconds 4. Salt the rim of glass to have tangy hint while sipping the shorts 5. Serve the jamun shorts immediately
Note - Its a No cook recipe prepared by my kid with little support from me. All the cutting and grinding is done by Deepa Kumari. My channel and i do not support cutting, grinding etc by small kids.
