Mango Salad





Hello, I am sharing mango recipe of Mango Salad
It is semi ripe mango salad which is good to enjoy before season ends Ingredients - 

  1. Semi ripe mango slices - 1 Cup
  2. Shredded cabbage - 1/2 Cup
  3. Shredded capsicum - 1/2 Cup
  4. Shredded Carrot - 1 Piece
  5. Shredded Onion - 1 Medium Size
  6. Sliced deseeded Tomato - 1 Piece
  7. Pomegranate pearls - 2 Tbsp
  8. Mint leaves - 6-7 Leaves
  9. Lemon juice - 1 Lemon
  10. Black salat - 1/2 Tsp
  11. Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
  12. Pepper powder - 1 Pinch
  13. Red chilli powder - 1 Pinch
  14. Salt - As per taste

Recipe -
  1. Take a big mixing bowl
  2. Add 1/2 cup shredded Cabbage
  3. Add 1/2 cup shredded Capsicum
  4. Add 1 shredded carrot
  5. Add 1 deseeded and sliced tomato
  6. Add 1 sliced onions
  7. Add 5-6 roughly torn mint leaves
  8. Mix well
  9. Add 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
  10. Add 1/2 tsp black salt
  11. Add 1/2 chaat masala
  12. Add pinch of pepper powder
  13. Add pinch of red chilli powder
  14. Add salt as per taste
  15. Mix well
  16. Add 1 cup sliced semi ripe Mango
  17. Coat well so that all flavours get mix
  18. Fridge it for 5 mins before serving
  19. Enjoy chilled crunchy Mango Salad
  20. You can enjoy with kebabs and rolls too.
