Hello, I am sharing homemade restaurant style chicken tikka. Its restaurant style easy and made it home recipe. Generally it is suppose that it is tough to make tandoori at home but i have come up with very easy yet delicious no fuss tandoori recipe which you can make on cooktop and pan as well. Lets see how it is prepared.

Ingredients -
- Boneless chicken breast - 250gm
- Thick curd - 1 Cup
- Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste - 1 Tsp
- kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 Tsp
- Roasted jeera powder - 1 Tsp
- Chaat masala - 1.5 Tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
- Kasuri methi - 1 Tsp
- Roasted gram flour - 1 Tbsp
- Mustard oil - 2 Tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 Lemon
- Butter - for basting
- Salt - As per taste
- Coal - 1 Piece
- Take 250 gm boneless chicken breast pieces
- Add salt, pinch of pepper powder
- Add half lemon juice and 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
- coat gently with hand and leave it either in fridge or outside for 30 mins
- Now take a big bowl and add 1 cup of thick curd
- Add salt as per taste
- Add 1 lemon juice and pinch of pepper powder
- Add 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli powder
- Add crushed Kasuri methi
- Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Heat a tadka pan and smoke 2 tbsp of mustard oil and add in the marinate for smoky flavour
- Marinate for 8-12 hours in fridge
- After marination gently coat the chicken again
- Now arrange on steel skewers for direct flame roasting and on either steel or bamboo skewers for pan roasting
- for flame roasting - open the flame on low and put a coal piece and then place or hold the skewer on top of flame and roast from all side
- Baste the tikka with butter in between the roasting. Roast till it is done
- For pan roasting - Heat a grilled pan on low flame and spread some butter, place chicken tikka in skewer in grill flame and roast them on low flame and turn from all side for even roasting. Roast till it is done
- After taking out from skewer, add lemon juice and sprinkle some chaat masala.
- Serve hot with salad or masala onions, lemon wedge and green chutney
