Liver Fry





Yeahhhhhh! here is Friday night, are you feeling happy and aren't in party mood and do you want to have some thing delicious. So lets start weekend with something spicy for our non vegetarian dear ones. But i should keep in mind that my yummy mummies are little tired so taking care of this, lets cook something easier. What could be better than liver fry.
And here goes the recipe :
Ingredients
Chicken/Lamb  Liver 250 gms
Onion chopped 1 cup
Tomato grinded 1 tbs
Garlic paste 1 tbs
Ginger paste 1/2 tbs
Red Chilli paste/powder 1/2 tbs
Oil 6 tbs (or as required)
Salt (according to taste)
Turmeric Powder 1 tbs
Black Pepper Powder 1 Small tbs
Garam Masala 1/2 tbs
Coriander Leaves chopped 1/4 tbs
Tomato slices (for garnishing)

Note : You can put coriander powder too. Preferably use homemade masala to give it a perfect taste. Quantity is mentioned according to home made masala.

Recipe :
1. Head kadhai and pour oil in that, heat it for some time.
2. Add onion and fry till it turns pink, stir consistently.
3. Add liver in it and salt and stir it. cover it with lid and turn the flame low and let it cook for some time. It will leave some water.
4. Now add tomato paste, turmeric, garlic, ginger, and all the masala except garam masala.
5. Turn the flame to medium and fry till the the water dries up and oil starts to separate out.
6. Now add some water and let it cook for 15 minutes but stir in between, can add more water if required. At the end add garam masala and fry till it get dried up.
7. Transfer it to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and tomato slice and serve it hot.
Enjoy it with your dear ones, you can also have it with roti.I will be back with another recipe shortly.
