Coconut Ladoo
Friday evening, little excited for weekends and cook some new dishes, so kuch meetha ho jaye.
It can be made in various ways. Its main ingredient is scrapped raw coconut.
There are multiple coconut laddoo recipes. Its earliest form Narayl Nakru dates back to the time of the Chola Empire, when it was a sweet that was packed for travelers and warriors as a symbol of good luck for their expeditions.

Ingredients:
Coconut (scrapped) - 1 cup
Khoya - 1/2 cup
sugar - 5 ts
Green cardamom powder - few pinch
Oil - 2 ts
Recipe :
1. Heat the pan, put oil in it.
2. Put coconut in it and put the flame on low and fry till it gets brown.
3. Then add khoya and fry the mixture till it turn light brown.
4. Once it is done add sugar and again fry for some time and stir it consistently. Otherwise it will stick to the bottom.
5. Now add cardamom powder and put it off the flame and let it cool for some time.
6. Now try to make it round and give it a shape of laddoo.
Note : Don't let the mixture to get cool completely, otherwise you can not bind it into laddoos.
