There is absolutely no specific time for craving for your favourite dish.  This is what happen with me for my favourite dish "Aloo Ki chawal Wali Kachori". Today i had prepare this yum dish in breakfast. And guess what my lil champ liked it. By the way he is a nasty eater but for Puri he is always ready. And nothing can be better than mom's made food. I had got mustard leaves from my local vendor but he gave in large quantity that i was unable to use just in Sarson da saag, so i thought of trying it with daal same like palak wali daal. I tried it and it came out very nice, crunch in the taste and the rawness of mustard added a new taste or call Tadka to the flavour. My guest also liked it too much and they said they will try to cook it at home if mustard leaves are available. Let's move to the recipe now. Ingredients: 1. Sarson ka saag - 1 cup (Cleaned, washed and chopped) 2. Panchratan daal - 1 Cup (Toor, moong, masoor, chana daal and urad in small quantity) 3. Onion - 1 piece (chopped) 4. Youtube Video link I am sharing a very heathy and chilled recipe of Bathua Raita It is basically boiled chopped bathua leaves mixed with masala curd. It is very healthy and refreshing Bathua raita is good accompaniment for every meal. Its a very good healthy recipe and also easy to prepare. Ingredients - 1. Bathua leaves - 100 Gm 2. Fresh thick Curd - 1 Cup (It should be chilled) 3. Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp 4. Black salt - 1 Tsp 5. Hing/Asafoetida - 1 Tsp 6. Mustard oil - 1 Tsp 7. Whole Jeera - 1 Pinch 8.
