Hari Chutney || Green Chutney




Hello, I am sharing Very common recipe of Green Chutney. This one dish complements every dish like starter, parathas and cutlets/kebabs, specially with very fresh and green coriander and mint available in winter its a must to include in our meals everyday as I am doing and so I am here with its recipe.

Ingredients - 

  1. Chopped Dhaniya/coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  2. Chopped pudina/mint leaves - 1/4 cups
  3. Curd - 2 Tbsp
  4. Garlic - few cloves
  5. Ginger - 1 inch
  6. Lemon juice - 1
  7. Green chilli - 1 Piece
  8. Pepper - 4-6 corn
  9. Salt - As per taste
Recipe -
  1. Clean and wash at least twice both the mint and coriander leaves
  2. Remove water completely after washing with water
  3. Take a wet grinder jar
  4. Put 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  5. Put 1/4 cup mint leaves (Ratio of coriander:mint = 1:1/2)
  6. Add 5-6 garlic cloves
  7. Add 1 inch peels ginger piece
  8. Add 1 green chilli
  9. Add 1 lemon juice
  10. Add 2 Tbsp curd to keep it green for longer time
  11. Add Some salt at this time or after grinding
  12. Add a dash of water if you want runny consistency if want thick consistency then avoid adding water
  13. Now grind into fine paste
  14. Serve with starter or parathas
It tastes awesome with any any starter or parathas
