Hello, I am sharing a sweet creamy recipe of Pineapple-Grapes Raita It is basically pineapple and grapes mix with chilled curd and masala. It is creamy and sweet accompaniment to enjoy with your food. Even kids can enjoy with no fuzz. Ingredients - 1. Pineapple - Half Cup (Finely chopped) 2. Grapes - 1/4th Cup (Finely chopped) 3. Thick curd - 1.5 cup (fridge curd for 1 hour before use) 4. Sugar powder - 3 Tbsp 5. Chaat Masala - 1/4 Tsp 6. Black Salt 1/4th Tsp 6. Salt 1/4th Tsp 7. Grapes - 2 Pieces 8. Pineapple - 2 thin slices 9. Youtube video link Hello, I am sharing dessert recipe of spongy Bengali Rasgulla Soft spongy rasgulla doesn’t need any introduction. This is smoothen chenna balls boiled in sugar syrup. It is very soft and spongy sweet sweet recipe. Even kids can enjoy with no fuzz. Ingredients -  Full cream milk - 2 L Sugar - 1 Cup Lemon juice - 1 (or Vinegar - 2 Tbsp) Water - 1 L Recipe - Heat a saucepan Add 2 L full cream milk Boil it on medium flame Take 1 lemon juice or vinegar-water mix (mix of 2 Tbsp water and 2 Tbsp vinegar) Once it start boiling, add either lemon juice or vinegar-water mix Keep stirring for proper cuddling of chenna Strain chenna in muslin/cotton cloth Wash with cold water to remove lemon/vinegar smell and taste Remove water fully from chenna with fold and squeeze method Transfer chenna in big plate Smooth the chenna with back of the palm for 25-30 mins to avoid crack in chenna balls Once done knead in dough shape Take a spoonful of smooth chenna and roll in balls w...

Youtube Video Link Ingredients -  1. Grated broccoli - 1 Cup 2. Chopped green chilli - 1 Piece 3. Grated ginger - 1 inch 4. Turmeric powder - 1/4th Tsp 5. Pepper powder - 1/8th tsp 6. Red chilli powder - 1/4th Tsp 7. Chaat Masala - 1/4th Tsp 8. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 Spoon 9. Wheat flour - 2 cups 10. Ajwain - 1/4th Tsp 11. Ghee - 4 Tbsp 12. Youtube recipe link Ingredients -  1. Jau/Barley pearls - 1 Cup ( or Barley flour) 2. Sugar - 1/2th Cup 3. Cardamom powder - 1 pinch 4. Chopped cashew - Few pieces 5. Chopped pista - Few pieces 6. Chopped almond - Few pieces 7. Raisins - Few pieces 7. Dried rose petals - Few petals (Optional) 8. Ghee - 2 Tbsp 9. Sunflower oil - 1/4th Cup Recipe -  Take 1 cup jar/barley pearls in grinding jar Grind it into fine powder. Alternately you can use barley/jau aata/flour for same Heat a Kadhai and add 1/4th cup oil and 1 Tbsp ghee Add barley flour and combine well in ghee Roast on low flame with stirring consistently Roast till it turns nice brown and aromatic Add a pinch of cardamom powder and 1/2 cup khandsari/ non processed sugar and combine well Add 2 cups water and stir well for no lumps Now add chopped dry fruits, raisins and 1 tbsp ghee and stir well Barley halwa is ready.
