Youtube Video link Hello, I am sharing winter Sankranthi special recipe of til Patti. This one i have made many times this winter and specially on occasion of Makar Sankranti. We had throughly enjoyed this til Patti and so I am here with its recipe. Ingredients -  Black Til/Sesame seeds - 100gm White Til/Sesame seeds - 100gm Jaggery - 200 Gm Khandsari/Normal sugar - 200 Gm (Instead of Jaggery) Note   - Ratio of Til:Jaggery or Sugar = 1:1 Patti is made with sugar and jaggery both in video. My little champ has helped me in preparing this milkshake and he enjoyed it a lot which you will see in the video. Hello, I am sharing   easy-peasy healthy recipe of Bathua saag.   Ingredients -  1. Bathua saag - 1 Bunch 2. Green chilli - 1 Piece 3. Mustard oil - 1 Tbsp 4. Salt - As per taste Optional ingredients -   1. Grated garlic - 1/2 Tsp 2. Grated ginger - 1/2 Tsp Note - I have not used optional ingredients. Its restaurant style easy and made it home recipe.  Generally it is suppose that it is tough to make tandoori at home but i have come up with very easy yet delicious no fuss tandoori recipe which you can make on cooktop and pan as well.
