Youtube link Hi Friends, I am here with you sharing my new seasonal recipe of Hara Chana salad. Very easy and healthy recipe. Liked by my kid and in this recipe i have used fresh green gram, you get sweet taste of raw fresh chana. It’s 5 mins recipe with easy available ingredients. Lets see the ingredients first and then step by step recipe - Ingredients - 1. Green Chilli   - 400 Gms 2. Chopped onion - 2 big size 3. Chopped potato - 4 medium size 4. Ginger - 2-3 Inch 5. Garlic - 2-2.5 whole 6. Vinegar -   400 Ml 7. Sugar - 2 Tbsp 8. Garam masala- 1 Tsp 9. Salt - as per taste Recipe - 1. Put green chilli, potato, onion, garlic, ginger and vinegar in a pressure cooker 2. put   5-6 whistles 3.Cool and grind in to thick paste without adding water 4. Strain the paste 5. It is 5 mins recipe with minimal basic ingredients. I am using Catla fish and Peti/stomach side pieces =, you can use any fish like Rohu, Basa etc in whole or in pieces as well. Take fresh fish piece for best taste. Ingredients 1. Catla Fish - 250 Grams 2. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 Tsp 3. Turmeric powder - 1/4th Tsp 4. Red chili powder - A dash 5. I have come up with recipe of   Litti now and have earlier shared Chokha recipe as well. Let’s move to recipe now. My kiddo is diehard fam of this curd. Due to clay pot it is so creamy, thick and sweet that you need any sweetener to mix in this.
