Youtube Video Link Hello, I am sharing fresh chilled beat the heat recipe of Rose Strawberry Lassi. Creamy lassi is of fresh rose petals and strawberry. Ingredients - 1. Desi fresh rose - 2 Pieces + few for garnish 2. Strawberries - 10 Pieces 3. Fresh thick curd - 1 Cup 4. Chilled milk - 4 Tbsp 5. Fresh cream - 2 Tbsp 6. Strawberry sauce - 2 Tbsp 7. Sugar/Honey - 1 Tbsp Recipe - Take a mixer jar Add 6-7 strawberries, it can be fresh or frozen Add petals of two desi red rose Add 1 cup thick fresh curd, chill it before using Add 2 Tbsp of sugar or honey Add 2 tbsp of fresh cream or malai Add 4 tbsp of chilled milk Grind on pulse for few seconds Take tall glass and pour strawberry sauce on walls Pour lassi Garnish with fresh/dried rose petals or strawberry slices Enjoy chilled fresh lassi and beat the heat Till i am back with another yummillicious recipe, plz enjoy summer with refreshing Rose-Strawberry Lassi. Youtube Video link Hello, I am sharing Bihar style fish in mustard gravy It is fried fish in mustard gravy. Ingredients - 1. Rohu or Katla fish - 300Gm (in Bengali Cut) 2. Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 Tbsp 3. Mustard Paste - 2 Tbsp 3. Tomato-Onion Paste - 4 Tbsp(Tomato:Onion-1:1) 4. Coriander leaves - few (chopped) 5. Mustard oil - 100 ML 6. Turmeric powder - 2 Tsp 7. Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp 8. Pepper Powder - 2 Tsp 9. Methi/Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 Tsp 10. Hing/Asafoetida - 1 Pinch 11. Salt - As per taste Recipe - Take a big bowl Add 2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste Add 1 Tsp turmeric powder Add 1 tsp Red chilli powder Add half tsp pepper powder Add salt as per taste Mix well (if you want can add few drops of water and mix) Now coat cleaned fish pieces in masala After coating all fish pieces, keep them 5 mins covered for marination. Youtube Video link I am sharing a very heathy and chilled recipe of Bathua Raita It is basically boiled chopped bathua leaves mixed with masala curd. It is very healthy and refreshing Bathua raita is good accompaniment for every meal. Its a very good healthy recipe and also easy to prepare. Ingredients - 1. Bathua leaves - 100 Gm 2. Fresh thick Curd - 1 Cup (It should be chilled) 3. Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp 4. Black salt - 1 Tsp 5. Hing/Asafoetida - 1 Tsp 6. Mustard oil - 1 Tsp 7. Whole Jeera - 1 Pinch 8. I am fan of prawns in general so i keep experimenting with prawns. One of my successful experiment is prawns fry. It is thoroughly enjoyed by my tinytot also. This recipe has become one of the regular dish i make at home. Its absolutely super hit with any non veg lover. Ingredients - 1. Prawns - 10 in Nos 2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp 3. Hello, I am sharing a sweet creamy recipe of Pineapple-Grapes Raita It is basically pineapple and grapes mix with chilled curd and masala. It is creamy and sweet accompaniment to enjoy with your food. Even kids can enjoy with no fuzz. Ingredients - 1. Pineapple - Half Cup (Finely chopped) 2. Grapes - 1/4th Cup (Finely chopped) 3. Thick curd - 1.5 cup (fridge curd for 1 hour before use) 4. Sugar powder - 3 Tbsp 5. Chaat Masala - 1/4 Tsp 6. Black Salt 1/4th Tsp 6. Salt 1/4th Tsp 7. Grapes - 2 Pieces 8. Youtube video link Hello, I am sharing dessert recipe of spongy Bengali Rasgulla Soft spongy rasgulla doesn’t need any introduction. This is smoothen chenna balls boiled in sugar syrup. It is very soft and spongy sweet sweet recipe. Even kids can enjoy with no fuzz. Ingredients -  Full cream milk - 2 L Sugar - 1 Cup Lemon juice - 1 (or Vinegar - 2 Tbsp) Water - 1 L Recipe - Heat a saucepan Add 2 L full cream milk Boil it on medium flame Take 1 lemon juice or vinegar-water mix (mix of 2 Tbsp water and 2 Tbsp vinegar) Once it start boiling, add either lemon juice or vinegar-water mix Keep stirring for proper cuddling of chenna Strain chenna in muslin/cotton cloth Wash with cold water to remove lemon/vinegar smell and taste Remove water fully from chenna with fold and squeeze method Transfer chenna in big plate Smooth the chenna with back of the palm for 25-30 mins to avoid crack in chenna balls Once done knead in dough shape Take a spoonful of smooth chenna and roll in balls w...
