I have come up with recipe of   Litti now and have earlier shared Chokha recipe as well. Let’s move to recipe now. I am presenting recipe of Chokha now. Will later share Litti recipe as well. Let's move to recipe now. Ingredients -   Bharta baigan - 1 Piece Desi tomato - 3 Pieces Boiled potato - 2 Pieces Chopped onion - 1 Piece Green chilli -2 Piece Garlic - 4-6 Cloves Grated ginger - 1 Inch Chopped coriander leaves - 1 Spoon Mustard oil - 1 Spoon Salt - As per taste Recipe - Put two slit on sides in brinjal Insert two chilli and cloves in the slit Put a frame on stove Place brinjal and tomato on the frame Switch ON the flame at low Roast veggies on all sides by flipping them This will take 15-10 mins Once tender and cooked from inside take out the veggies and cool them completely Now take out green chilli and garlic from brinjal and keep them aside Now peel the skin off from brinjal and tomatoes Add boiled potato in v

Youtube video link Clay Pot Set Curd || Set Curd Hello, I am sharing recipe of set curd in claypot.  Very easy preparation for creamy and thick curd in clay pot. It is so yummy that you can’t resist. My kiddo is diehard fam of this curd. Due to clay pot it is so creamy, thick and sweet that you need any sweetener to mix in this. It is ideal for making hung curd dishes, curd rice, relishing with roti, paratha, rice and Khichdi etc. Ingredients -   Full cream milk - 1 L Fresh curd - 1 Spoon (used as curd setter) Cleaned clay pot - 1 L capacity Recipe - Take 1 L full cream milk Boil it for 10-12 mins to reduce and thicken it Now switch off the flame Cover with any mesh lid Cool it for lukewarm Now take cleaned clay pot Add 1 spoon of fresh curd as curd setter Add lukewarm milk Combine well If you have oven then preheat for 2 mins and switch off it If you don't have oven cover it with thick cloth and keep it aside (Check after 6 hours if it is set, if not in case of keeping pot out of

It tastes sweet and sour (Khati-meethi) and good accompaniment for paratha, kachori etc. Ingredients -   Raw mango - 1 Kg (Take khata-meetha aam) Sugar - 400 Gm Chaat masala - 1 Tbsp Pepper powder - 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 Tbsp Black salt - 1 Tbsp Roasted Jeera powder - 1/2 Tbsp Salt - 1.5 Tbsp Recipe - Take 1 Kg sweet-sour mango Clean with water Dry with cloth Peel mango skin and grate mango Add 1.5 tbsp rock salt Add 1 tbsp black salt Add 1 tbsp chaat masala Add 1/2 tbsp pepper powder Add 1/2 tbsp roasted jeera powder Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Add 1 tbsp kashmiri powder Add 400 gm sugar Combine well Keep in sun either in bowl with cloth cover or in glass jar Transfer in dry glass jar Keep in

Ingredients -   Desi tamatar/tomato - 4 Pieces Chopped medium size onion - 1 Piece Chopped garlic - 1 Tsp Chopped coriander leaves - 1 Tsp Chopped green chilli - 1 Piece Mustard oil - 1 Tsp Salt - As per taste Recipe - Put a frame on low flame place 4-5 desi ripe tomato roast them on low flame from all sides It will take 15-20 mins Now take them out on a plate cool them Peel them without dipping in any water else taste will be watery Now mash them with hand and if you want it to be chunky leave some chunks while mashing Now add salt as per taste , 1tsp mustard oil, 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 chopped green chilli and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves And combine well all ingredients Once it is done serve with Litti, paratha, pakodas or even with Khichdi. Ingredients -  Broad beans - 250Gm Boild baby potato - 200Gm Black Mustard - 2 Tbsp Garlic coves - 7-8 Cloves Green chilli - 2 Pieces Mustard oil - 1.5 Tbsp Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp Salt - As per taste Recipe - heat a saucepan on medium flame Add 500 ML water and boil Add 1 Tbsp salt Add 200gm Broad beans/seem Boil till they turn tender/soft Strain and cool them Now Take a mixer jar Add black mustard, garlic, green chilli and grind into fine paste Take a big bowl Add boiled and peeled baby potato Add boiled broad beans Add mustard paste, turmeric powder, mustard oil and salt Combine well You can relish this instantly and this will have a pungent taste on immediate consumption You can keep it outside for one day and it will have sour taste and store in freeze for maximum of 2-3 days and relish with phul

This one dish complements every dish like starter, parathas and cutlets/kebabs, specially with very fresh and green coriander and mint available in winter its a must to include in our meals everyday as I am doing and so I am here with its recipe. Ingredients -  Chopped Dhaniya/coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Chopped pudina/mint leaves - 1/4 cups Curd - 2 Tbsp Garlic - few cloves Ginger - 1 inch Lemon juice - 1 Green chilli - 1 Piece Pepper - 4-6 corn Salt - As per taste Recipe - Clean and wash at least twice both the mint and coriander leaves Remove water completely after washing with water Take a wet grinder jar Put 1/2 cup coriander leaves Put 1/4 cup mint leaves (Ratio of coriander:mint = 1:1/2) Add 5-6 garlic cloves Add 1 inch peels ginger piece Add 1 green chilli Add 1 lemon juice Add 2 Tbsp curd to keep it green for longer time Add Some salt at this time or after grinding Add a dash of water if you want runny

We had throughly enjoyed this til Patti and so I am here with its recipe. Ingredients -  Black Til/Sesame seeds - 100gm White Til/Sesame seeds - 100gm Jaggery - 200 Gm Khandsari/Normal sugar - 200 Gm (Instead of Jaggery) Note   - Ratio of Til:Jaggery or Sugar = 1:1 Patti is made with sugar and jaggery both in video. My little champ has helped me in preparing this milkshake and he enjoyed it a lot which you will see in the video. Hello, I am sharing   easy-peasy healthy recipe of Bathua saag.   Ingredients -  1. Bathua saag - 1 Bunch 2. Green chilli - 1 Piece 3. Mustard oil - 1 Tbsp 4. Salt - As per taste Optional ingredients -   1. Grated garlic - 1/2 Tsp 2. Grated ginger - 1/2 Tsp Note - I have not used optional ingredients. You can add these ingredients along with green chilli Recipe -   Heat a pan/kadhai on low flame Add some mustard oil Add chopped green chilli and optional ingredients And saute for 1 min Add cleaned, washed and chopped bathua leaves Turn to all sides Add salt as per taste and mix well Now cover and let leaves to release water (Remember whole cooking will be done on low flame) If water is not released then add a dash of water and cook Turn to all side to avoid sticking to bottom Mix well and mash once it is almost cooked On cooking its volume will reduce and on mashing it will look like chutney/paste Once it is done and switch off the flame and serve with steamed rice or phulka or millet r
