Its restaurant style easy and made it home recipe.  Generally it is suppose that it is tough to make tandoori at home but i have come up with very easy yet delicious no fuss tandoori recipe which you can make on cooktop and pan as well. Lets see how it is prepared. Its restaurant style easy and made it home recipe.   Ingredients -  Boneless basa fish - 4 Pieces Pepper powder - 1 Tbsp Maida - 1.5 Tbsp Grated Onion - 2 Tbsp Grated garlic - 1 Tbsp Lemon juice - 1 Lemon Olive oil - 3 Tbsp Butter - 1.5 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves - few   Lettuce leaves - Few Salt - As per taste Recipe -   Take boneless bass fish in plate Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder Rub on fish Flip to other side Again sprinkle salt and pepper and rub nicely Rest for 5 mins Spread 1.5 tbsp of maida on plate lightly coat the marinated fish in maida from all sides Now heat a grilled pan on low flame add 3 tbsp of olive oil add 2 tbsp of grated onion and 1 tbsp of grated garlic Saute on low flame till light golden colour Take out half onion and garlic from pan   Now place fish pieces and saute for 2 mins and flip to there side and saute for 2 mins Add 1 lemon juice and a dash of water and add 1.5 tbsp of b
